Savino Del Bene is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive (Logistics / Freight Forwarding) to join our growing team in Changi. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of our operations, managing critical accounts receivable and payable processes, and supporting our global freight forwarding network.

You will be responsible for managing our financial reconciliation, ensuring timely invoicing, and maintaining accurate records in our SAP system. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Process and verify customer invoices for freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliations, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records in the SAP system and assist with ad-hoc reporting using advanced Excel functions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar accounting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
