Ltd. is currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join our lean, high-performing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial health of our LPG Carrier operations, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to both general accounting functions and specialized maritime operational accounting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, specifically tailored for LPG carrier operations.
- Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with operational teams to verify vessel-related expenses and ensure timely cost allocation.
- Support the annual audit process and assist in tax filing requirements as directed by management.
- Monitor and track vessel operating expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Handle general administrative finance duties to support the efficiency of the lean finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA progression is a plus).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of local financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a lean organizational structure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across different operational departments.
