Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement budgeting/forecasting processes with variance analysis
- Lead and mentor accounting team members for performance development
- Optimize accounting systems and internal controls for operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-departmental financial planning and strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Proven leadership ability in team development and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and collaboration
