Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients to resolve billing queries.
- Handle payroll processing and statutory contribution submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Ensure all financial records are compliant with local accounting standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory to support our regional client base.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Solid understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based solutions) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
