Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL).
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, financial statements, and budget forecasts.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Handle statutory filings including GST/SST, tax computations, and compliance requirements.
- Support cross-departmental financial inquiries and provide data-driven insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory to handle regional correspondence and documentation.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
