Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash flow tracking for maritime operations.
- Coordinate with procurement to verify invoices against delivery orders and shipping documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting standards and tax regulations (GST submission).
- Process staff claims and payroll adjustments in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (ACCA/CAT).
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the Marine, Logistics, or Engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to meet tight month-end deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment located in the Tuas area.
