Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable for marine operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with quarterly audits
- Process payroll and employee expense claims in compliance with maritime regulations
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for marine projects
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Accounting Standards (FRS) and tax requirements
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/Certified Bookkeeper qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in marine/transport sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and FRS compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a maritime operations context
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
