Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts for multiple subsidiaries and joint venture companies, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and analysis for stakeholders.
- Handle cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and monitor account payables and receivables.
- Oversee GST submissions and ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual financial audits and tax filings.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational financial goals.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions within the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA/CA/CPA.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting, preferably within an MNC or listed company environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations (GST).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
