In this role, you will be a key contributor to our finance operations, handling full sets of accounts and ensuring seamless month-end and year-end closing processes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including auditors and tax authorities, to ensure compliance and accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including SST and corporate tax filings.
- Support daily finance operations and streamline existing accounting workflows.
- Reconcile bank statements and inter-company transactions to maintain account accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
