Join One Vogue Pte. Ltd. as an Accounts Executive specializing in the construction industry and leveraging MYOB expertise. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive financial operations for multiple high-value construction projects. You'll oversee the entire accounting lifecycle from project inception to completion, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set accounting for multiple construction projects including WIP tracking and cost allocation
- Prepare and file accurate GST/VAT reports compliant with Singaporean regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flow forecasting, and optimize working capital
- Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) and project cost analyses
- Liaise with project managers to provide financial insights and support budgetary controls
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules for construction equipment
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal financial policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2+ years' experience
- Proven proficiency in MYOB accounting software with construction industry exposure
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and Singaporean tax compliance requirements
- Advanced skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and WIP accounting
- Experience with construction project accounting and cost control methodologies
- Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
