Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
- Assist in stock management and inventory valuation to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial and legal documents.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding payment schedules and billing inquiries.
- Conduct basic financial audits and assist in annual budget preparation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is essential.
- Basic computer skills, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- HRDF training qualification is an added advantage.
