Our client, Directbiz Solutions Sdn Bhd, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join their dynamic finance team. We are excited to welcome fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in the accounting industry. In this role, you will support the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, processing transactions, and assisting with monthly reporting.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will work closely with the finance manager to maintain financial records, process invoices, and perform bank reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting to the general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist auditors with required documentation and queries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
