Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu, but managed out of our Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions and overseeing the entire Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and accounting standards (MFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu or work on a rotational basis.
