We are actively looking for a skilled and ambitious Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to strengthen our finance team located in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring full legal compliance. You will manage a wide spectrum of accounting duties including the full set of accounts, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax submissions. Your meticulous approach will guarantee the accuracy of financial data that informs strategic business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for multiple entities within the group, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management accounts to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and monitor daily bank balances to optimize liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including SST, Corporate Tax (CP204/CP204A), and withholding tax submissions.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers during audits and statutory filings.
- Review and improve internal control processes, accounting policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team development and goal achievement.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting exercises as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, SST, and Malaysian tax regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, UBS, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Meticulous, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.
