Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain General Ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee full cycle Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process vendor payments and manage expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Collaborate with international teams on financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on GL and AR experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience in multinational company financial operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant professional certifications (ACCA, CPA) advantageous
