Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Handle GST filing and other statutory compliance requirements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist in annual audits and tax documentation preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience (Senior role requires 4+ years)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
