You will be responsible for end-to-end GL functions, month-end closing processes, and supporting internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of General Ledger (GL) functions, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Perform timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and perform variance analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, statutory financial statements, and supporting schedules for audits.
- Manage fixed asset registers, including depreciation and asset tagging verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and increase reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in GL accounting; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Accounts Executive role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid understanding of FRS/IFRS and local tax regulations (GST).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
