Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain financial records for property development projects
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and analyze project budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to support financial planning and analysis
- Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in property finance is a plus
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
