Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for specialist clinics
- Prepare and process financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are maintained
- Collaborate with clinic managers to address financial inquiries
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for clinic operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with financial transformation projects is a plus
