Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Monitor and track tax filings and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (SST/Tax).
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based systems).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
