Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable processing
- Execute banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies
- Support preparation of financial reports and statements under supervision
- Process vendor invoices and manage expense reports efficiently
- Contribute to month-end closing procedures and financial audits
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure financial accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
