In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day bookkeeping, administrative support, and reporting.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Perform accurate data entry into accounting software and maintain digital filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules.
  • Handle petty cash management and expense claim verifications.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the finance office.
  • Assist management with GST/SST compliance and statutory filing preparations.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with popular accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
