Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting software and maintain digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Handle petty cash management and expense claim verifications.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the finance office.
- Assist management with GST/SST compliance and statutory filing preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with popular accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
