Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for management review.
- Oversee tax compliance, including SST filing and other statutory requirements as needed.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure smooth annual reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and collections from clients.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
