Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle detailed project costing and budget tracking for construction initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, trial balances, and management reports.
- Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate financial data and transaction logs.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage vendor accounts.
- Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – essential for this position.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and general ledger accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
