Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable end-to-end processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Handle full accounting sets for healthcare clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Execute month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Utilize SAP systems for financial reporting and data analysis
- Monitor client accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and month-end closing
- Proficiency in SAP systems and other accounting software
- Experience in healthcare accounting is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
