Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of operational budgets and financial forecasts for F&B outlets.
- Perform detailed food and beverage costing to ensure optimal profit margins and pricing accuracy.
- Execute daily accounts payable/receivable functions and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Conduct regular internal audits of inventory, cash handling, and operational expenditures to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to track and control operational costs against targets.
- Support year-end audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cost analysis and budget management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
