In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting, working closely with experienced professionals to support our daily financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily accounting records and ledger entries.
- Support the team with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Assist in the data entry of invoices, receipts, and expense claims into the accounting software.
- Help in month-end closing processes, including document filing and audit support.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and support physical stock takes when required.
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn professional accounting workflows.
