Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and financial documentation.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for accuracy.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial schedules.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical accounting filing systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc projects and internal audits.
- Perform data entry tasks using accounting software, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn industry-standard accounting practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Previous internship experience or project work in accounting is a plus.
