As an Accounts Intern, you will be exposed to real-world financial processes, from ledger maintenance to payroll support. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and data entry.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documentation and tax records.
- Support the payroll processing team with data verification and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with operations staff to resolve billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Available to commit for a minimum of 6 months for an immediate start.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
