Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and financial record maintenance.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and purchase orders for internal and external clients.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary financial data.
  • Organize and file physical and digital financial documents to ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Perform basic data analysis using Excel to assist in financial reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger and updating account balances as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) being an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
