Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join their finance team in the Klang/Port Klang area.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team of accountants, manage financial planning and analysis, and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
Key duties include managing the full cycle of accounting, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, handling payroll processing, and ensuring efficient cash flow management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining healthy vendor and client relationships.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure all statutory deductions are calculated correctly.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow management.
- Manage the inventory valuation and cost control processes specific to heavy equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant role, preferably within the manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
