Huasin Food Industries Sdn Bhd is a leading food manufacturing company with a rich history, established in 1996. We operate multiple modern factories across Malaysia, dedicated to delivering superior quality food products to the market. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the financial health of the organization. Your key duties will include overseeing the full-cycle accounting process, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring strict compliance with Malaysian financial standards (MFRS/MASB) and tax regulations. You will lead the month-end and year-end closing procedures, prepare accurate financial statements, and provide strategic financial analysis to support management decisions. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor the finance staff, ensuring operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in compliance with MFRS/MASB standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements, including LHDN filings.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and perform variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax laws.
- Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
