Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, trial balances, and general ledgers.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial controls are in place.
- Assist in tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
- Handle payroll processing and manage employee expense claims.
- Ensure all accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, MAA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial or executive accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and month-end closing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
