We are currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Accounts Manager (Payroll, Payments & Audit Support) to become an integral part of our finance team in the Central Region.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the cornerstone of our finance operations. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all statutory requirements. Overseeing a high volume of complex payment cycles to vendors and partners will be a key responsibility, requiring a keen eye for cash flow management. Furthermore, you will act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and implementing audit recommendations to strengthen our internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all retail employees, ensuring 100% accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with MOM regulations and tax requirements.
- Oversee and execute the full cycle of accounts payable and payment operations, including vendor management, invoice verification, and scheduling of payments to optimize cash flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits; prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and implement audit recommendations to enhance internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance associates, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes, ensuring reconciliation of payroll and payment related accounts.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to streamline payroll integration for new hires, leavers, and changes, while managing payroll-related queries from employees.
- Develop and maintain robust financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll and payment cycles.
- Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP upgrades) to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Times Software, Info-Tech, or similar) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, tax requirements (IRAS), and audit standards (FRS/SFRS).
- A proven track record in managing high-volume payment cycles and leading successful audit engagements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and financial reporting tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
