Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update accurate general ledger records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing schedules.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review to assist in decision-making.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Support various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
  • Assist in external and internal audit preparations by retrieving necessary documentation and records.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CAT).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional attitude towards internal and external stakeholders.
