Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate general ledger records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review to assist in decision-making.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Support various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
- Assist in external and internal audit preparations by retrieving necessary documentation and records.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CAT).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude towards internal and external stakeholders.
