Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily revenue posting and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Verify and reconcile sales records against bank statements and invoices to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage debtor aging reports, following up on outstanding payments to minimize bad debts.
- Conduct daily and monthly revenue reconciliation to ensure financial statements are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation and records as required by internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in Accounting/Finance; a Degree is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and reconciliation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external debtors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
