Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collection activities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and management reports with accurate data analysis
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation across multiple entities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate journal entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable/receivable roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a multi-entity environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
