Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily bank reconciliation and credit card transaction verification
- Process vendor payments, landlord settlements, staff payroll, and statutory body remittances
- Manage accounting adjustments through debit and credit note documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Collaborate with department heads on budget tracking and expense management
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GST and statutory requirements
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in fitness or retail industry preferred
