We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable) to join our growing finance team in the West Region.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial health of our operations. You will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, handling vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify all vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Manage accounts payable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries promptly.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closings and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and terms.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
