Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain full set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and GST submissions.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply procurement and documentation filing.
  • Support payroll processing and employee benefit administration.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents as required during audit periods.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, LCCI).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing full set accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multi-faceted responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
