We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our growing finance department in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Diploma holder to launch their professional career in a stable and reputable organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
Key aspects of your daily responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices, verifying expense claims, ensuring timely vendor payments, and managing customer invoices and collections. You will also be tasked with performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that the company's financial records match the bank statements. Accuracy is paramount, and you will assist in maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance manager with ad-hoc analysis.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, verifying vendor details, and ensuring payments are made on time.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable duties, such as generating invoices, sending payment reminders, and managing collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies between the general ledger and bank statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Handle fixed asset management, including recording depreciation and asset tracking.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
