Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and expense reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budget
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support
- Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of financial activities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
