Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately in the general ledger system
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure cash accuracy
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, including accruals and prepaid expenses
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit and taxation activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy
- Good communication skills in English; Malay is advantageous
