Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance
- Oversee fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Liaise with auditors during financial examinations
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Accounting Standards (SAS)
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Minimum 3 years of full-set accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and GST
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
