Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies in financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Support the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and budget monitoring.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and assist in periodic physical audits.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.
  • Monitor tax compliance and assist in the preparation of GST/corporate tax filings.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualification is a plus).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly advantageous.
