Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies in financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Support the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and budget monitoring.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist in periodic physical audits.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.
- Monitor tax compliance and assist in the preparation of GST/corporate tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualification is a plus).
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly advantageous.
