Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and investment portfolio analysis for stakeholder reviews
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Handle confidential correspondence, document management, and procurement processes
- Support property transaction documentation due diligence and compliance requirements
- Implement efficient administrative systems to enhance team productivity
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for investment projects
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in combined accounting and administrative support roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in real estate or investment industry highly advantageous
