- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain updated payment records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Process employee expense reimbursements and petty cash transactions
- Generate accounts payable reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
