Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing, including invoice verification and payment scheduling
- Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Analyze payment trends to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and vendor inquiries
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and transaction records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
