- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date files and records of all financial transactions and vendor data.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status, inquiries, and account updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular audits of accounts payable records to prevent fraud or errors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor interaction.
