Lear Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Analyst I to join our Treasury department in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements to support the daily Treasury department operations.
- Verify and document all financial receipts, ensuring compliance with internal audit controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on payable activities and cash positions.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including accruals and account variance analysis.
- Maintain electronic records of all transactions to ensure audit-readiness and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently during night shift hours.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling high-volume transactions.
